VBHA 2022-23 SCHOLARSHIP
VBHA will offer a $1,000 scholarship to a member or a family member planning to attend college or trade school. As we have done in the past, this scholarship is open both to graduating high school seniors and to those who are or will be attending a school of higher learning.
Requirements
Applicants must be a VBHA member whose membership was established prior to January 1, 2023, or the child/grandchild of a VBHA member whose membership was established prior to January 1, 2023.
Entries will be evaluated based on academic achievement, planned course of study, clubs, sports, community activities, honors and awards, and participation in VBHA events. Applicants must submit an essay of not more than 500 words on the topic shown on the application.
Deadline
Scholarship applications must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2023.
