The Virginia General Assembly session for 2010 starts on January 16th.

Things seem to be fairly calm in Richmond this session so far.

Several dog related bills have been introduced and have been dropped by the patron thanks to the Virginia Hunting Dog Alliance.

One bill that we have introduced is HB 399 which should be heard in House Agriculture,Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committee on the 27th of January.

Paragraph H. is what we changed

HB 399 passed out of committee by a 21-0 vote.
